How applying works

You don't need a password. Enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code and a sign-in link. Type the code (or open the link) to sign in.

The code lasts 15 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then request a new one. One account works everywhere — as an applicant, and later as a scholar if you're awarded.

Choose a program and start. Your answers save automatically as a draft — you can leave and finish later from your portal. Nothing is sent to us until you submit.

Fill in your details, academics, and any essay questions. If something doesn't apply to you, leave it blank. Be honest and specific — that helps reviewers understand your situation.

Have clear scans or photos ready. Depending on the program, you may be asked for:

• Latest marksheet or result
• A photo ID
• Proof of income or of community, if the program requires it

PDF or image files are fine. Make sure the text is readable before you upload.

You can ask up to three people — a teacher, a mentor, or a respected member of your community — to recommend you. Add their name and email, and they get a private link by email.

They write the recommendation themselves; it stays confidential. You only see whether it is requested, received, or declined. If someone declines, you can ask someone else.

When you're ready, review everything and submit. You'll be asked to confirm a few consents first. After you submit, we email you a confirmation.

You can still withdraw an application later if your plans change.

Track your application from your portal. Its status moves from Submitted to Under review, and then to a decision. You'll hear from us by email.

You can delete a draft you no longer want, or withdraw a submitted application, from your portal.
